Application for Work Permit (WP)
Please read carefully:
1. Only individuals who hold Non-Immigrant "F," "B," "O," visas are eligible to apply for a Work Permit.
2. The Work Permit application must be submitted within 1 month from the first day of work.
3. Application and required documents can be submitted to https://eworkpermit.doe.go.th/
Please submit the following documents to IA&CR within the first week of your work.

A copy of your education/degree certificate
A copy of your Resume
A copy of passport Data page
A copy of your SIIT contract (show your salary)
Your address in Thailand (send it to chonticha@siit.tu.ac.th)
IA&CR will prepare the following documents:
Employment Certification (WP 46) that will include your personal information such as your address in Thailand and your salary
A cover letter addressed to the Employment Office (signed by SIIT director)
Education and Job Experience Certificate Form
Prepare the following documents and submit them to the E-work permit sysytem
A copy of educational Qualification document issued by the educational institution
A photograph, size 3 x 4 centimeters
A medical certificate + with a blood test result (from a hospital only)
** A medical certificate must be in Thai language and state 6 diseases below:
1. Leprosy 2. Tuberculosis in Dangerous stage 3. Drug Addiction 4. Chronic Alcoholism 5. Elephantiasis 6. Tertiary Syphilis
The certificate valid only 1 month within the date of work permit application submission
A copy of Passport (Personal Information page)
A copy of the permit to enter the kingdom ( E-visa (Non-Immigrant B) + all stamps from Thai immigrations in your passport)
Work Permit Application Fees
Submission Fee 100 Thai Baht + 10 baht of the bank transfer fee
Work Permit Fee 3,000 Thai Baht (for1-year-permit) or 6,000 Thai Baht (for 2-year-permit)+ 10 baht of the bank transfer fee

After your work permit application is approved, you need to make an appointment to receive the work permit card. You may choose to receive the card at any available place. The nearest office is in Pathum Thani provice.
Please send the following documents to IA&CR:
1. Work Permit receipt (original) - Please use the original receipt that you download from the E-work permit website (only original one can be used for reimbursement)
2. A Copy of Work Permit card (both front and back)
Note: Please sign your name on a receipt and on copies of the Work Permit card copies.
