Application and Nomination Deadlines

• Nomination and Application Deadline: May 15, 2024

• Application consideration process: May 16-31, 2024

• Acceptance Letter: June 15, 2024

Orientation week, Classes, and Examination Schedules

• Recommended date to apply for a visa: by July 5, 2024 (1 month prior to arrival)

• Recommended Arrival Date: by August 5, 2024 

• Orientation Week: August 6-9, 2024 (mandatory)

• Class begins: August 13 2024 

• Mid-term Examination: September 30, 2024 - October 4, 2024 

• Final Examination: December 2 - 14, 2024

Remark: Students should not book the return flight if your final examination dates are not confirmed. Please note that your student visa will be valid only for 90 days upon you arrive in Thailand. You have to extend the visa before it expires. After renewing a visa, it will be valid until January 12, 2025.
