Second semester: January 5, 2026 - May 16, 2026

Application and Nomination Deadlines for the second semester

• Nomination and Application Deadline: October 15, 2025

• Application consideration process: October 16-31, 2025

• Acceptance Letter: November 15, 2025

Orientation week, Classes, and Examination Schedules 

• Recommended date to apply for a visa: 1 month prior to arrival

• Recommended Arrival Date: before the Orientation week

• Orientation Week: December 25 - 26, 2025 (mandatory)

• Class begins: January 5, 2026

• Mid-term Examination: February 23 - 28, 2026

• Final Examination: May 5 - 16, 2026

Remark: Students should not book the return flight if your final examination dates are not confirmed. Please note that your student visa will be valid only for 90 days upon you arrive in Thailand. You have to extend the visa before it expires. After renewing a visa, it will be valid until June 1, 2026.
