Application and Nomination Deadlines for 1st Semester

• Nomination and Application Deadline: May 15, 2025

• Application consideration process: May 16-31, 2025

• Acceptance Letter: June 15, 2025

Orientation week, Classes, and Examination Schedules 

• Recommended date to apply for a visa: 1 month prior to arrival

• Recommended Arrival Date: before the Orientation week

• Orientation Week: July 29 - August 1, 2025 (mandatory)

• Class begins: August 4, 2025

• Mid-term Examination: September 22 - 27, 2025

• Final Examination: November 24 - December 6, 2025

Remark: Students should not book the return flight if your final examination dates are not confirmed. Please note that your student visa will be valid only for 90 days upon you arrive in Thailand. You have to extend the visa before it expires. After renewing a visa, it will be valid until January 4, 2026.
