Voted for the Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2021 (H.R. 1446)

The Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2021 (H.R.1446) "prohibits private firearms transfers without having a background check." It also extents the background check review period from 3 to 10 days. This makes it so that a dealer has to wait 10 days to transfer a firearm to a person who doesn't have a federal firearms license. The Act passed the House 227-203, but it has not yet been voted on by the Senate.
