The Second Resolution to Censor Adam Schiff (H.Res.521)

H.Res.521 - Censuring Adam Schiff, Representative of the 30th Congressional District of California sought to hold Adam Schiff accountable for lying to the American people about Donald Trump colluding with Russia in the 2016 election. The resolution was much like the first resolution to censor Schiff, but it kept the part about fining him $16,000,000 out of the resolution.  Six Republicans voted 'Present' and three Republicans did not vote.
