Mills Street
"Just west of the bridge footings, on the south side of the highway, is an obscure road leading under a viaduct and up to a single house. This is what's left of the bottom of Mills Street. The street continues further up the hillside and can be reached by taking Springville Road from Bridge Road."

This sounds interesting, but I am having trouble locating it at the moment. I seem to remember something like that out there, but it is possible in the 12 years since the publication of Taylor's book that the property and the road were abandoned. I feel like I would remember this from all the time I spent on NW Bridge Ave back in 2015 during the demolition of the Gasco building, but I am not placing it from then. As with the bridge fragment, this is something that can easily be sorted out when I get back to the city after the crisis has passed.

The "viaduct" in question is most likely the Podul Bridge.
