Columbia City North Fragment

These grades and bike paths east of the highway on the north end of Columbia City appear to be old CRH grade, but I am not 100% sure. The northernmost end of the bike path seems to line up with Taylor's "Mile 31.0 Highway fragment... visible to the left, overgrown with grass." I am not sure when the bike path was constructed, but it could have been after 2008. (66)
