EVENT NUMBER 5 Annual Dinner, Members Only
The Holiday Inn West, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough
Friday 10th May 2024 – Price £15
Our Annual Dinner and Reunion will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel and, as usual will be part-sponsored by the Company.
· A pay bar will be available from 6.15pm. As usual we will be raising money to support the Company’s charities of the year, Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice and Mind CPSL, so please come prepared (with cash)! Last year we raised £1076 which was matched by the company.
· 6.45pm Dinner. (You will not be admitted to the dining room until 6.40pm.) There will be no seating plan other than tables reserved for the President, Officers of the Club and major guests. Several Peterborough based directors and senior managers will be joining us.
· A set 3 course meal will be served, and there will also be a vegetarian option available. Red and white wine will be included on each table. Additional drinks must be purchased from the bar.
· After dinner there will be speeches by the President and by our Patron, David Goldspink. The Team Gold Award and the Quarter Centurion of the Year Rose Bowl will also be presented.
· Tickets (non-transferrable) will be issued for this function on a “first come, first served” basis. There is a room limit of 200 and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
Those who book after the closing date will probably have to go on a waiting list because we must commit numbers early to the Holiday Inn. If you find that you cannot come after booking, please let us know ASAP so that we do not have to pay for your meal. Anyone cancelling less than 7 days before the Dinner, or not turning up on the night, will be liable to be charged the full cost of the meal (£45).
Please submit any nominations for the Quarter Centurion of the Year by 10th March (ahead of the booking cut-off date for the dinner) on the reverse of the dinner booking form.

To fill in the Form manually :- Click on "File" (top LH corner) to reveal the menu, scroll right down and select "Print". Print, fill in the form and put in the post.
To fill in the Form electronically :- Click on "File" (top LH corner) to reveal the menu, scroll half way down and select "Download". This will place the Form in a file in your "Downloads" file, which you can then open (in Word) and fill in electronically. Save the completed form, which can then be attached to an email.
