Everyone knows that the land is populated with a wide variety of sapient species, the largest races are Humans, Elves, and Dwarves. Depending on the province, magic can be a really big part of society, being almost omnipresent, or the exact opposite, and thought of as just a legend.
The world of Eximagdra consists of a few base elements, which are Flame, Ice, Lightning, Stone, Water, and Wind. The Wind and water elements are highly associated with the two moons, White Queen and Blue Lady respectively. Flame is similarly associated with the star that the world rotates around. While the below areas are not technically on Eximagdra, they are inherently connected to the material world in a much more natural way than the elemental planes for example.
The Fey Wilds are like a mirrored version of all the woods and forests on Eximagdra under a sky of whirling stars and moons that change shape and texture as they track their way through the vibrant heavens. Natural laws are inconsistent here, and wellsprings of primal magic and natural splendor create vistas unfathomable to mortal minds. Here stand ancient forests as tall as mountains, living lakes and rivers, and landscapes of all manner that constantly shift and reinvent themselves. Within the Fey Wilds are traveling courts of Fey, and ruling over all in this realm are powerful entities known as the Eldest.
It is a realm of infinite possibility and unbridled evolution, with natural laws changing from place to place to reflect the variety of inhabitants— the landscape constantly reinventing itself to suit the whims of powerful individuals or its own inscrutable desires. Its residents are equally mysterious, at once familiar and alien, with most living in harmony with a landscape of savage, primeval beauty. Thus, the Fey World is the realm of fairy tales, where anything is possible—if you can pay the price.
The Fey Wilds can not be accessed by regular teleportation spells. The main way to enter and leave the Fey Wilds is through Fey Gates (fey gate).

The Shadow Deep is a dimly lit dimension that is both coterminous to and coexistent with Eximagdra. It somewhat overlaps Eximagdra, but is smaller than Eximagdra, and connects every shadow that is cast upon the continent, and thus, it can be used to vastly decrease the amount of time it takes to travel between two points on Eximagdra. Shadow walk is the most common method of using the Shadow Deep to travel swiftly from one point to another in this manner. However, the same warped dimensions that make transit swifter also make judging distances accurately virtually impossible, and travelers can return to Eximagdra at only an approximation of their intended location— if they return at all.
The Shadow Deep is a world of black and white, color itself has been bleached from the environment. Despite the lack of light sources, various plants, animals, and humanoids call the Shadow Deep home.
Besides the use of shadow walk it is quite hard to enter the Shadow Deep, and nearly impossible to ever leave it once there. Shadow walk avoids this issue by having a way back before going into the Shadow Deep, but was a shadow walking traveler to be interrupted they might end up stuck for eternity.

Some places outside of Eximagdra might end up being relevant to the story. There are other continents and lands beyond the known world, as well as some distant islands and archipelagos. When they get discovered, they will be added here, and possibly on their own pages.
After the Birth of the Dragons and the following destruction of one of the Human Kingdoms in the north, a small group of survivors managed to escape on their ships. This little group of people set sail away from Eximagdra and eventually landed on what they named "First Haven", the first of their settlements. First Haven was a small uninhabited island, and for the first while that was enough. Though, as they had decided to stay here and form a new civilization, they eventually needed more space and went looking for more land on these open seas.
