Tempest is a patient and secluded Divine On. He lives deep in the abyss of the ocean. Living in the water for so long made him look like some sort of sea monster.
Not many people revere him, only some water mages and sailors do, praying to him for protection on the seas. Tempest often travels to the elemental plane of Water to relax and regain power.
