The night of her birth was a blood moon, there hasn't been a blood moon this astrally powerful for eons. Because of the blood in the sky, the child was cursed. She was born an abomination to her Elven parents. Her skin was covered in a light gray tone of fur. She already had teeth like knives, and claws like daggers. Her eyes glowed a clear gold. Her eyes, ears and nose were misformed, looking more like that of a wolf. Her Elven parents weren't like that.
Her birth was one disaster after another. When coming out of the womb she killed her own mother with her claws, turning her eyes to a silverish blue. growing up she was constantly reminded of what kind of abomination she was. Her father never forgave her for killing her mother, and never even gave her a name. He didn't understand that she didn't know what she was doing at the time and he would punish her for it. Even if she didn't do anything wrong. She closed herself off until eventually she was exiled by her father.
Growing up alone in the woods or the plains, she adjusted to using her body to her advantage. One day she met a hurt wolf, she took care of her and they grew close. This was her first step toward druidism. It was then that she also decided that she needed a name, Lunosa. She also decided to give her wolf a name, Zev. Not long after she met an actual druid, and started her training.
Her training went well and she actually felt like she was meant to do this. This was the moment she knew she made the right decision. She got better and better with her spells and using her claws to her advantage. With her wolf by her side she continued training, finally happy with who she was and how she looked.
At some point, they went separate ways and she went her own path. She wanted to help people who were exiled like her, and proof that she is more than her father thought. It was also around that time that she figured out that her unique "curse" was probably related to the Ancient Guardian, Goldrinn. Goldrinn is a wolf god, tied to blood moons. This would explain why she looked the way she did, and why she became friends with a wolf so easily. As to this reason, she started to revere Goldrinn. At this time she was 117. 10 years later her adventure began, near the Plains of Ruthal.
