When shapeshifted as a male you can get a female of a compatible species pregnant. When shapeshifted as a female you can get pregnant, but while you're pregnant you metaphysically can't shapeshift back, not even with wish.
Most humanoid species can interbreed, this includes Anthropomorphic species, but not Tauric species.
