For this ritual to work, you need at least six casters able to cast epic magic.
For this ritual, the soon to be Lich has to be willing to become one, and already possess vast arcane powers. The council will start chanting an ancient incantation, which will start freezing the subject. It will start to encase its whole body starting with the legs and only leaving the face uncovered. One of the council will then ask the subject if he wants to become a Lich, if he says yes he will die instantly, and be Rejuvenated. If he says yes but lies he will remain frozen for eternity, and if he just says no he will just thaw out again.
