The Urgency of Education and Health Support Towards Children in Hazardous Labour
On the second day, in the ILO’s General Speaker List, Delegate of Bangladesh did apologize for being slightly rude towards another delegate on the previous day. A motion proposed by Delegation of Uganda, Children Post Hazardous Labour Condition has done well. In discussing this motion, Delegates of Bangladesh, Rwanda and Uganda, would like further collaboration focusing on education, mental helath and physical health as this statement came firstly from Delegates Of Uganda.
In the 4th committee session, all of the delegates have been separated into two blocs, the first bloc consist of Republic of Uganda, Republic of South Sudan, Republic of India, People’s Republic of China, Netherlands, Republic of Indonesia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Afghanistan, while the other blocs consist of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Republic of Bangladesh, Republic of Rwanda, United Mexican States.
While discussing their Working Paper, Delegate of Rwanda thinks there are similarities in the Working Paper yet each blocs still have their own main focus, the first bloc is focusing on education and mental health, the second bloc is focusing on monitoring and law enforcement. Instead of presenting the Working Paper, Delegate of Rwanda giving their opinion towards the other bloc which actually the time was not allocated for that. However, most of countries concern is on education and health improvement both physically and mentally.
