Negotiations and Removal of Weapons In Eradicating LRA.

Rebelion and terrorism are the two things that could fuse in meanings if one would apply extensive or unordinary ways to inject their ideas. Uganda’s crisis with LRA has become a regional discourse as opposed to national in the early years. This movement's inception is to remove the government of the president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni as the previous president was co-opted by Yoweri, the followers of the previous president created this movement. They also propose to rule the state under the Biblical Ten Commandments. In doing so, they conduct many unconventional ways in achieving this goal. Human rights violations are executed with kidnappings and murder throwing rampant to the state and regional environment in the name of LRA for countless years, many solutions are to be considered.

The DISEC council has engaged in continued discourse regarding this issue. The council has proposed many motions in order to abolish this movement, as in the recent years the movement has become more violent than ever. Uganda themselves, proposes to fight on the movements, with stronger efforts. Many nations propose to work together in negotiations and many nations oppose that resolution, preferring to engage in military conventions. Russia proposes cooperation with state and organization in order to abolish the movements, with confidence building with such operable measures. Many countries agree with the motion that this solution could cause negotiation to run more smoothly. Countries like Canada totally opposed the measures of military, with spouting ‘they rather buy a year’s worth of maple syrup than send in troops’. With many countries refusing to send in troops, many nations agree with the resolution of DDR, in which is proposed by the Central African Republic, with them proposing this, they also followed with deploying Regional task force in which to combat the LRA itself, they reassured that weapons used by the Task force would be carded and identified to prevent the takings of LRA squads. China agrees with motions such as DDR, but also emphasizes on accountable deeds in order to proceed the conflict to be solved. The delegate of Malawi, also proposes to remove weapons of vulnerable states, but in which the removal would be applied to is still on the nose.
