Would Financial Aid in Conflict-fueled Regions Be Needed in this Time of Crisis?

In the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic, Nations are experiencing economic deficiencies in which Medical funds, and Humanitarian funds are most needed. But in the case of a few nations where conflicts are rampant, these funds might not be in their most urgent. Military aids might be their most urgent and important funds, in the way of allocation in the funds, as conflicts tend to eat many more funds than that of the two. As many ECOSOC nations are discussing how important financial aids are, Military aids came into notice as the Netherlands mentions the term.

Even though the council discussion tends to focus on humanitarian, medical and loans. The importance of those few nations which experienced conflict should also be highlighted in the era of the pandemic. Many delegates would also rather to focus on the long-term solution with little to discuss the short term, in which only vaccines are mentioned.
