In this week, you learned about how to read and construct angles so you can easily draw quadrilaterals with correct angles sizes. Consequently you draw quadrilaterals using your ruler and protractor. Also, you studied about perimeter of a quadrilateral, which is the length of its boundary -that is, if we join all the four sides of a quadrilateral to form a single line segment, the length of the resultant line segment is called its perimeter. In this week, you studied about quadrilaterals, which are four-sided polygons, having four edges (sides) and four corners (vertices). You also identified the types and wrote their properties. Additionally, diagonals was discussed about. These are line segments that go from one corner to another, but is not an edge. So when we directly join any two corners (called "vertices") which are not already joined by an edge, we get a diagonal.

In this week, you learned about intersecting lines, which are the two lines that crisscross each other at any angle, perpendicular lines which are the two lines wherein they intersect at an angle of 90 degrees, as well as parallel lines which are lines that have the same distance from one another thus they will never meet.

1) In this week, you learned about the common units of mass including mg, g, and kg. The conversion of numbers with these units are discussed where you got to familiarize 1kg= 1, 000g and 1g= 1, 000mg. You then practiced reading a weighing scale in units of kg and g. You also applied operations such as addition and subtraction to given masses.
