Homework:

Superlative Adjectives

Week 10: Asking people what they did last weekend and answering.
What did S do last weekend?
S + went + v-ing.
Example: What did you do last weekend? I went camping.
Ask 3 different people what they did last weekend. Write their nickname and their answers. Make sure their answers are [went + v-ing]
Good: Dad: I went swimming.
Not good: I swam.
Week 11: "past continuous" or "past progressive"
We learned about how to ask someone what they did on the weekend or the holiday "What were you doing last weekend? I was walking the dog."
Ask 3 different people what they did last weekend. Write their nickname and their answers. Make sure their answers are past continuous/progressive.
Good: Dad: I was working.
Not good: I worked. I went working.
Week 12: Introduction to phrasal verbs

Week 14: The adverb "usually"
Homework: Ask 5 people how they usually do something and record this answers.
Week 15: Phrasal verbs (formal questions and answers)
We learned:
1. Asking and answering questions with phrasal verbs (the formal way).
Examples: “Did you turn on the tv?” “Yes, I turned it on,” or, “No, I did not turn it on”.
2. We also practiced the difference between “it” and “them”.
“Did you take your shoes off?” “Yes, I took them off.”
