Homework:
Write a comparative question in your notebook. Ask a family member your question. Write their nickname. Write their answer. Take a picture of your question and answer in your notebook and send it to my personal Line.
Week 8: Time phrases
Homework: Draw a picture of time (a clock) in your notebook. Ask someone what time it is. Write their answer like in the video: (examples: It is half past 6. It is a quarter to 7. It is ten past 12). Take a picture of your notebook and send it to my personal Line.
Week 9: When Clauses
Your homework is to ask someone in your family one of these "when" questions and write their answer.
Today in conversation we learned about subject-verb agreement.

This week we reviewed the past progressive/past continuous tense. We especially focused on the subject-verb-agreement aspect "was vs were"
Homework: Draw a picture of someone or some people doing something. Ask a classmate a question about them, "What were they doing last weekend?" "What was he doing on Saturday?" Write their nickname and their answer. Make sure their answer is correct, "He was walking the dog" NOT "He walked the dog."
Week 11: past progressive/past continuous practice

Week 12: Using "because"
We practiced basic conversation questions like, "How are you" and "why?" using "because".
Homework : Practice asking a family member how they are, why, and write their answer.

We practiced: asking people how they are and answering this question with both “, so” and “because”.
