- The next step will be to go after funding for land and development to build the project. 40-50 millions dollars.
This project can be your legacy project, that one individual or a group of investors would like to promote. It is a unique approach to providing housing for people with disabilities. Affordability is the the key word that will direct our involvement, and the trick to make this project work. What we want to do is to build the complex with your help, then allow the community to buy it from you by getting a loan. This will be returned to the original investors, thereby they will have not lost any capital, only the interest. See it as a interest free loan to help a vulnerable group of people to live permanently in their own homes.
