I am going to do some things differently in the following newsletters to come. I won't send out a long newsletter anymore. Instead I will put out a short description on what we have been doing in emails and then I want to add a couple of descriptions of the place we can build together.
I built a new website to make it less wordy:Next Wave Housing. The old website is connected on the last page.
I have filed the form to get tax exemption from the IRS for our non profit .
It takes about 3-6 months to get an approval. Keep your fingers crossed.

that includes the family and friends and caregivers. The audio is about 45 minutes long.
Here is a project in my neck of the woods. It will be a co-housing farming community with houses. Unfortunately the houses will be around $800k-1.5m. So the cost part would be out of reach for us. But the idea of getting people together to build such a community is doable
