This will be a quick note for this month. None for August or September. We had a board meeting on the 9/29/2025 to update us on what we are doing. After researching adult family homes it comes to our attention that a home of 6-7 individuals is not possible within an apartment setting, it will have to be a house or a duplex. So we have decided that we will design the village to accommodate all options of care. This may mean about 7-8 adult family homes and the rest of the apartment surrounding it. Please review the video below from The Arc of Snohomish County for an overview of these options. Snapshot of Housing Options. If anybody is familiar with design work, this would be a great project to work on.
