Create Proposal for Funding
Phase 2-Obtain funds for building and land from loans, grants and donors; utilize DVA services to go forward
Building approximately 40-50 million
Land approximately 5 million (or donated land, leased land, land held in a land trust)
Phase 3-Design how the community will work together- have a cooperative contract for everyone- This can be done at an earlier phase as well.
Phase 4-Work with DSHS, Medicaid and Medicare to develop a plan on how to pay for services for care and supervision. This can also be done at early phases.
