Thanks to the "Instrumental" free trial that came up with a lot of opportunities from them. So we have been busy this month and for the next few. Hopefully we get something by next summer.

I am sending this before the end of the year to encourage all to donate any funds that they may have sitting around. After applying for many grants, it is apparent that we as a group will also have to come up with funds. Right now we need $32,000 to go after DVA services to begin the project. This is our main priority. Since we are tax exempt you will be getting a tax receipt. Also if the donation is sizable, we have written in our Bylaws that it will be used as down payment for moving in. There will be a contract we sign to guarantee this.

Since you all registered for this project you are part of a co-operative adventure. Which means that this project needs to be designed by the residents that will live there. We all need to participate to make this work. One thing that you can do is get more people on board and sign up for either to register or the newsletter. If you need a business card to pass out, Nicole or I have them.
