This should be a quick note, as the holiday tends to take up alot of our time.
We filed another grant for Tulalip Care for DVA funds. I figured it doesn't hurt. Haven’t heard back from the first application. You can only receive funds once a year.
If anybody works with a company that offers funds for non profits it would be nice if you ask them for sponsorships. We need funds for DVA and operating expenses.
Both Niocle Tebow or I have business cards if you can use them to spread the word.
We had a board meeting, 11-30-2024 Board Meeting. It was short and mostly to change our bylaws to allow anybody that wants to donate specifically for the DVA funds, that this donation will be used as credit for their unit. If we do not use the funds, then they will be returned to the donor. A contract will be signed. We need about $32k to complete this phase of our development.
If anybody wants to donate funds you can write a check, cash or ask for a wire transfer from Denis or Nicole. We are working on a different donation site.
We currently have registered 18 units (9%); 31 people (10.3%); 6 to 7 room apartments only: 7 (14%); DDA funds: 10
(based off of 200 units with 300 estimate residents & 50 of 6-7 room apartments)
