Board Meeting 11/30/2024

We reviewed last board meeting notes
Went over what we have been doing this last year by looking at the website: About Us-Old website( bottom of page)-progress-2024 : https://sites.google.com/view/nextwavehousing/progress/2024?authuser=0
New Business: We both voted YES to the following change to the Bylaws. We want to include in the Bylaws language that will allow people that want to donate to the non profit specifically for the DVA funds to be able to deduct the donation from their unit cost. Any funds not used will be returned to the donor and not used for any other purpose, unless allowed by the donor. There will be a contract that controls the use of these funds.
We did not set a date for a future meeting.
