I hope you all had a great thanksgiving and have a great xmas and New Year.

Our plan for now is to complete the Proposal of Funding to have a foundation to present for outreach to get more people on board and funding. It looks like financially it may be possible to complete this project with the right funding. At the present for a 4 acre lot of about 175 people we should be able to do it. It depends a lot on the interest rates at time of financing. We have decided to go with about 6 AFH's for 36 people and keep another 10 units available for other supports. If you go to the "Village" page in the "Proposal" there is a drawing created to give us an idea of what is possible, AFH in the center of the 2 story apartments. After I do the preliminary drawing we will get an architect to draw it professionally. When you look at the "Vision" page that is what we are going to get somebody to produce. At the present it still looks like a long process to complete the Proposal. Once it is completed we will go after funding and outreach.

Even though we may come up with a plan for funding we want it to be able to be modified and changed by the community. For instance it is possible to use the proposal and make it a smaller 2 acre lot with half the people . We need to remember that if we go too small we won't have all the resources to really help the people who need it.
