9/28/2025 Board Meeting

• Call to order: attendance by: Nicole Tebow & Denis McFadden, Charles Wigle (consultant)

• Review last meeting’s notes and accept yes

• Old concerns-no

• Discussion

• Go over what I have  been doing in the Proposal for Funding

• Talk about the care and supervision part of the project and the conclusion to have all options available in the village. Yes

• I have an Oct. 1st Zoom meeting with the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund to present our non-profit. I don't expect to get anything from them, but it's worth the time. We requested $5000 from them, but for DVA.

• The non-profit has been invited to a salmon dinner at Tulalip to recognize the non-profits they serve. I hope I don't have to give a speech. Nicole can't go, so I am waiting to see if my wife will or at least Laura. 

• New concerns

1. I am interested in knowing what you guys think about contracting an architect to draw up some rough plan for our idea. I have contacted a gentleman who drew everything by hand. Cost $1600.YES
