I have been out of the country this month, so I haven't gotten much done on the non-profit. I will return on the Jan 29th. I want to update you guys on what we are planning and thinking for this year.

1. Apply for a grant through the Kuni Foundation. Due by Feb 27th. Looks like a grant special made for our non-profit. I'm going to go after around $10k.

2. Request estimate and contract for drawing cost- 3D & Overhead drawings if under $2k. Drawings will be added to the Proposal for Funding.

3. Request an estimate for the construction of various types of buildings: wood, block, 3D, and containers. We need to find the least expensive. And put this estimate in our request from Kuni.

4. My plan is still to finish the Proposal of Funding. I have about 75% done. I have attached a basic one that I am going to attach the Kuni Grant Proposal for Funding.

6. Work diligently on outreach to find more board members and members. Flyers and emails haven't been working, so I would like to see about mailers.

It looks like a village of 4 acres of about 175 units with 6 Adult Family homes in the middle, might be possible. The size of the lot and units is changeable. A lot depends on the total construction cost and the interest rates at the time to finance. We are looking at 40-50 million. More and the project becomes unaffordable.
