Next Wave Housing

Mission Statement

Next Wave Housing is a parent-led non-profit established to support the building of affordable owner-occupied housing for people with disabilities that need extra care and supervision and their support families, friends, and caregivers living in one place. 

Our vision is to support the building of a community in the SW Snohomish County area that is built specifically for people with disabilities. This unique and novel approach will allow their family, friends, and caregivers to live together in a community that is affordable and forever.
