I've been teaching computer science courses here at Northampton for eight years and about six years online. I regularly teach CISC 100 and CISC 101 on campus and CISC 100 online. I have also taught computer science courses at LCCC, Warren, and PSU-LV. Additionally, I was one of the reviewers for Introduction to Programming Using Alice, 2nd Ed. - a text that NCC uses for CISC 100.
I earned my B.A. in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and my M.S. in Information Systems from DeSales University.
My hobbies and interests include family, running, biking (and am currently learning to unicycle), personal fitness and healthy eating, computers (Linux enthusiast), amateur radio, homebrewing, and gardening. I ran my first marathon last year (Pittsburgh Marathon) and am running the Philadelphia Marathon this fall.
My wife and I have three children: a daughter and twin boys.
