Professor Alyson C. Patascher earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science and a Master of Public Health Degree, with a Concentration in Community Health from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in the community health field for over 18 years at non-profit and Higher Education level. She started her career in substance abuse prevention and currently teaches Public Health at Northampton Community College and East Stroudsburg University. Alyson is quite passionate about Public Health and loves being able to help mold the future of public health practitioners through education!
She lives in the Monroe County with her husband and two young sons. Her interests include doing lots of varying outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and being by the beach! One of her biggest enjoyments is watching her sons play their various sports, and grow into good and kind people.
