MEAL PREFERENCES

We have 6 meal preferences available in account settings and upon sign-up. This includes the following : 

1. Chef's Choice

2. Keto

3. Calorie Smart

4. Vegan & Veggie

5. Protein Plus 

6. Flexitarian

Chef's Choice: Based upon a chef selection of the most popular or featured items (Available in account settings and sign-up)

Keto: Meals that fit the keto diet: high fat and low carb. Our keto meals average around 10 grams of net carbohydrates. (Available in account settings and sign-up)

Calorie Smart:  Features the most wholesome, nutritionally dense, and balanced meals on the menu each week. They are around 550 calories (or less) per serving, although if a meal falls higher on the calorie spectrum due to the inclusion of healthy fats i.e. salmon and nuts, or whole grains i.e. rice, quinoa, etc. it’ll still be considered 'Calorie Smart'. (Available in account settings and sign-up) 

Vegan & Veggie: This preference includes vegan items: dishes typically with vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based sources of protein that excludes dairy and any additional animal products. This preferences also includes vegetarian items: dishes typically with vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based sources of protein. There is no meat or fish; however, animal byproducts like ' cheese ' can still be used for veggie meals. (Available in account settings and sign-up) 

Protein Plus: Includes our highest protein meals categorized by 30 or more grams of protein per meal. A variety of 8 meals each week that typically will include beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and more. (Available in account settings and sign-up) 

Flexitarian: Features well-balanced meals centered around veggies and select proteins for a flexitarian lifestyle. Default selections will include vegan and vegetarian meals and meals containing mainly chicken and sometimes fish. NOTE: This defined as a flexitarian type of lifestyle/diet (Available in account settings and sign-up)
