All of our ingredients are sourced from a few, carefully selected vendors to ensure the quality and consistency of the meals. The majority of our ingredients are sourced within the United States. Our salmon is from Canada and our meat is sourced from the US and Australia.

A part of our commitment to our customers is that all of our food is sustainably and humanely sourced and produced. This means locally sourced beef, pasture-raised pork, antibiotic-free poultry, and cage-free eggs, as well as open water pen aquaculture fish certified by The Global Aquaculture Alliance's Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), an international certifying agency.

We currently offer a variety of protein including beef, chicken, and pork on our menu each week in addition to some rotating proteins (turkey, lamb, etc.)  Due to the increased demand for meals and sourcing of ingredients, the number of options will vary. However, we currently offer protein add ons including pork chops, petit filets, and herb roasted chicken breasts each week! We encourage you to log in as early as possible to make your selections. While we utilize wild-caught shrimp, we currently do not source wild-caught salmon. The quality and freshness of all of our meat and seafood is of primary importance to us and the quality and freshness of all of our meat and seafood is of primary importance to us. We have a strategic partnership with Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch, an organization that leverages marine scientist expertise to evaluate the sustainability profile of species, regions, fishery catch methods across the globe. Seafood Watch takes into account a variety of material topics including but not limited to risk of overfishing, bycatch, non-native species, and pollution. Factor is proud to say that 100% of our seafood meets the Seafood Watch Ratings Certified, Best Choice, or Good Alternative, or is planned to achieve those ratings before the end of 2023. Seafood currently not achieving that rating falls under a Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) designed to bring the fishery into conformance.
