The customer is not handling the account themselves. They did not set up the account with the 123.... email address; this was done internally by us.
Sponsored Subscription Customer
The account should be creted through a company email.
They have standard customer accounts, but with a long-term voucher code attached. B2B sponsored subscription customers validate their employment and receive the gift via the B2B communities landing page that will be provided by their employers.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Look up the box and tracking info. If damaged or not delivered, provide credit for the same value as the box. Shipping is not covered by the credit; paid for by customer.
Credit the customer an $85 voucher code from the HelloFresh, EveryPlate, or Factor voucher bank. Requires Customer reactivates account to use.

Find the customer account in BOB and provide the tracking info.

Before Cut-off : Refund the customer, resulting in box cancellation. Get voucher code from customer. Verify it has not been used. Create new order for the customer. Apply code to account.
After Cut-off : Refund the customer. Verify voucher was not applied. Too late to cancel box, box still sent.
Explain that the voucher does not cover Add-Ons. Those require the customer to pay seperately. We do not give refunds for this.
Potentially user error, customer likely did not see where to enter code. Possible disconnect from company VPN Ask for their account info voucher code. Ask them to reapply code and see if credits applied. If not, issue new code from the code bank.

When filing an error report, make sure to refund the customer rather that crediting their accounts. Permanent discount vouchers will make any applied credits unusable.
The discount does not apply to any additional items (gourmet, premium, taste tours, add-ons, etc) or the total value of the box. Explains that we do not offer refunds for this (unless there is an error with the add-on items).
The voucher code is a per-week value that does not carry over if the customer does not untilize it.
The customer must contact their employers who initially gifted them their voucher code, as the initial voucher code provided is good for one-time us for their account and cannot be reapplied after the customer cancels their account.

Have customer retry their validation, ensuring they spelled their company name correctly and utilized their company provided email address. If the issue persists, explain to customer they must contact their employer who initially gifted the voucher code.
