Step 2: Select 'Skip this week' from the delivery options
Step 3: Select a description that best fits your reason for skipping the delivery and click 'Save'
Step 4: Enter a comment detailing any additional feedback or information and select 'Send' to see confirmation that the order has been successfully skipped
Mobile:
Step 1: Once you have logged in to your account at www.hellofresh.com, choose the date of the order you would like to skip and select 'Edit delivery'
Step 2: Select 'Skip this week' from the delivery options
Step 3: Select a description that best fits your reason for skipping the delivery and select 'Send'
Step 4: Enter a comment detailing any additional feedback or information and select 'Send' to see confirmation that the order has been successfully skipped.

Step 2: At the top right of the page, select ‘view recipe card PDF’ to view the recipe. If you’d like to download and print the physical recipe card, you can do so by selecting the downward arrow on the PDF.

Step 1: Open the Green Chef app and select the ‘Deliveries’ page and select the image of the recipe you are looking to prepare.
Step 2: Next, select ‘view recipe card PDF’ to view the recipe and get to cooking your delicious meal.

Step 2: Choose your plan and click 'Next, Select Cuts'.
Step 3: Select your cuts and click 'Continue'.
Step 4: Register your email address, choose a password, and click 'Continue'.
Step 5: Enter your delivery address, choose if you would like to receive offers, choose your delivery day, input delivery instructions (if necessary), and select 'Next'.
Step 6: Enter your payment information, (if applicable) enter a promotion on the right side of the screen, and scroll down to select 'Place Order'.
Mobile:

Step 2: Choose your plan size and select 'Next, Select Cuts'.
Step 3: Select your cuts and select 'Continue'.
Step 4: Register your email address, choose a password, and select 'Continue'.

Step 6: Scroll down to choose if you would like to receive offers, pick your delivery day, input delivery instructions (if necessary), and select 'Next'.

Step 3: To change your email address, enter your updated email address is the 'Email' field and click 'Save'.
Step 4: To change your password, enter your current password, input your new password twice to confirm, and then click 'Save'.

Step 3: You will see a pop up confirming your cut selections are saved and can click "Continue to deals" to include our add ons in your order
Step 4: Select "Skip Deals" if you do not wish to add any deals/add ons
Step 5: Select “Add to Your Box” for each new deal/add on you want to add, adjust the quantity for each deal/add on by tapping on the + or -, and select “Save Deals”
Step 6: You will see a pop up confirming your new cut selections have been saved for your upcoming order and as your default selection. The pop up message also reminds you of your cutoff to make any changes

Step 4: Select the overall topic and specific reason you're canceling then select 'Deactivate Now'
Step 5: Your account has been successfully canceled and you can provide more detailed feedback and/or close out of the pop up message
