Pennsylvania (PA DC) soon to be removed/replaced
Nevada (NV DC) soon to be removed/replaced
Starting week 15, we will begin to replace our PA (Pennsylvania) DC and NV (Nevada) DC with four new DCs:
NJ DC (Newfield, NJ)
TX DC (Dallas, Texas)
SF DC (Green Leaf, California near San Francisco)
KC DC (Kansas City, Missouri)
NOTE: We already have a DC here and will be transitioning to a new one in the same city
Reminders & Additional Resources
The standard delivery window for each courier is 8 am - 8 pm (customer's local time zone)
The customer's delivery options are based upon their specific zipcode and cannot be altered outside of those options
Use Good Chop Zip Code Lookup | GX to see a customers available delivery days, courier, and the facility (DC) their order will be shipped from
The new DCs do not have an order tracking system implemented yet. This means, the order tracking will not be visible in BOB
Customers will still have the ability to view their tracking on their own via their order tracking email or account dashboard
If a customer reaches out for your assistance:
Use the Good Chop Delivery Exceptions Sheet | GX to confirm their tracking number
The operations team is working on a new tracking process for the DCs. In the meantime, order tracking number will be added to the exceptions sheet once an order has been shipped
Educate the customer on how/where to view their order tracking for next issue avoidance
