Global Coverts

Areas must have at 3 active official members to be a Covert. Members not in an areas with a Covert are considered a "Nomad".

COs ("Commanding Officers") aka Covert Leads as well as their XO ("Executive Officer") aka second-in-command for Coverts will have the LIGHT BLUE name tag in Discord.
