Helmet:

 

•        Printed and cast helmets should be free of all print lines or seams.

•        3D print files for helmets and all armor will be judged on accuracy by the club leadership.

•        Helmet should be painted to resemble the on-screen beskar appearance.

•        Helmet should be lightly weathered.

•        Multi-piece helmets should be finished in such a way that they appear seamless.

•        Visor must be black and be attached with no visible attachments.

 

Shoulder armor:

 

•        Both shoulders will be painted in the beskar method used to match the rest of the armor.

•        Right shoulder will feature the raised mudhorn signet, blended seamlessly with no attachments visible.

•        Shoulders attach directly to flightsuit with no visible straps or attachments.

 

Right Gauntlet:

 

•        Beskar paint to match armor.

•        2-piece Clam shell design with hinges.

•        Closing method must be concealed and not visible from the outside, other than the hinged portions.

•        Features a black screen portion near the rear of the gauntlets.

•        *Optional* 3 red flashing Mandalorian letters.

 

Chest piece:

 

•        Beskar paint to match armor.

•        2 piece construction. Top breastplate overlaps the abdominal plate.

•        If chest is built in multiple pieces, it should be finished in such a way as to look seamless with 2 symmetrical breastplates a connector seam and a recessed iron heart.

•        Armor attaches to flak jacket with no visible methods.

 

Back piece:

 

•        Beskar paint to match armor.

•        Plate has a trapezoidal cutouts on bottom a detail groove on top portion.

•        Plate may include means to mount a jetpack.

•        Armor attaches to flak jacket with no visible methods.

•        Plate should be formed to wearer and not visible under a cape.

 

Abdominal tasset:

 

•        Made of flexible material. Leather or leather-like materials preferred.

•        Stained or dyed gray/light gray.

•        Engraved pattern with raised sections to match appearance of tasset on show.

•        Attached under flak jacket, but over flight suit cummerbund section.

 

Flightsuit:

 

•        Dyed dark ganache brown.

•        Top stitching pattern is white and should match the appearance of the show pattern to the best of the crafter's ability.

•        Zippers, 2 part seams, and closures should be hidden under the cape, flak jacket and tasset.

•        No pockets on the pants or shirt.

•        Cummerbund may be integrated into flightsuit.

 

Flak jacket:

 

•        Dyed dark ganache brown to match the flightsuit.

•        Must be made of a material sturdy enough to support the armor and attachments.

•        Zippers and closures should be concealed.

•        Top stitches included to match appearance on screen.

 

Right thigh:

 

•        Painted metallic black.

•        Silver battle damage can be to match screen appearance to best of ability.

•        Curved to fit wearer's leg.

•        Attached to pants with no visible methods.

 

Left Thigh:

 

•        Beskar paint to match armor.

•        Curved to match wearer's thigh.

•        Attached to pants with no visible methods.

 

Knee armor:

 

•        Painted light blue.

•        Battle damage to match appearance on show.

•        Weathered with gray and black paint or graphite for carbon scoring.

•        2 rocket dart launchers painted metallic aluminum.

•        Can be attached to flightsuit directly with supplemental strap.

•        *Optional* metal rocket darts and a dark brown leather strap.

 

Boots:

 

•        Made of leather or leather like materials.

•        Black soles.

•        Leather stitching and pieces to match boot construction on-screen appearance to best of ability.

•        Brown in color with gray inside panels on both boots.

•        Heavily weathered with dirt, mud, or paint substitute.

 

 

Kidney armor:

 

•        Painted in beskar to match armor.

•        Slightly curved to fit wearer.

•        Attached underneath belt with no visible means of attachment.

 

Hip armor:

 

•        Painted dark blue and weathered with black or dark brown.

•        Attached under belt with no visible attachment methods.

•        Curved to fit wearer.

•        *Optional* Made of a flexible material.

 

Gloves:

 

•        Made of leather or leather-like materials.

•        Handplates must be attached with no visible methods.

•        Hand plates are painted very light khaki with light blue triangles and weathered with dark brown.

•        Gloves should be weathered with dark brown and black on the yellow finger portions.

 

Cape:

 

•        Made of wool or wool like material.

•        Crosses over neck and tucked under flak jacket.

•        Bottom edge should be singed and slightly frayed.

•        Burned holes and battle damage to match on screen to best of ability.

•        Cape should not go below ankles or above calf height unless positioned over one side of the jetpack.

 

Right calf:

 

•        Surrounds wearer's leg.

•        Lower portion painted dark brown, upper detail piece painted chestnut brown.

•        Weathered with black and sand.

•        Should be attached to flightsuit so it does not fall off or spin while walking.

•        Fits over boot.

•        2 leather pieces. Bottom piece is made of leather or leather like material and secured to the calf by no visible means. Top leather strap portion features ammo loops for up to 6 ammo cylinders.

•        Loops must be symmetrical and permanently attached to top strap.

•        Leather pieces can be uses as a closing means for 2-part calf armor builds.

 

Left Calf:

 

•        Leather or leather like material.

•        Can be one piece or 4 individual pieces.

•        Main body is dark brown with a pleated edge near the ankle, followed by an armored chestnut section with a rounded edge at the top. The top brown section has a leather belt surrounding it with a functional pouch.

•        Sandy weathering throughout.

•        All closures concealed to the inside or back.

•        *Optional* Integrated sheath for boot knife.

 

Vibroblade boot knife:

 

•        Painted in a metallic silver or aluminum.

•        Handle is a heavily weathered dark blue.

•        All layer lines concealed.

•        Weathered with black.

 

Belt:

 

•        Made of brown leather or leather like material.

•        Metal parachute style buckles.

•        Leather holster with retention strap.

•        Bandolier with buckle and strap for Amban pulse rifle, 6 ammo loops for ammo cylinders and a metallic clip for the strap.

•        Belt has ammo loops for ammo cylinders, on either side of pistol, and a functional pouch.

•        Detonator plate has space for 3 detonators and is wrapped in leather.

 

IB-94 blaster pistol:

 

•        Painted metallic dark gray or black.

•        Brass trigger and cleaning rod.

•        Silver battle damage to match on screen appearance.

•        Dark walnut handgrips.

•        Fits in holster on gunbelt.

 

Jetpack:

 

•        Painted to match beskar armor.

•        Overall appearance matches what is seen on screen.

•        Includes tracking beacon and stabilizer greeblies on top.

•        If using a harness, straps should be concealed under flak jacket.

•        *Optional* Lights, sounds and smoke machines should be concealed and their operating means should be concealed to all but the costume wearer.

 

Beskar spear:

 

•        Painted beskar.

•        Same height as the costumer.

•        Spear head is fluted and flush with the shaft.

•        Butt of spear has a raised ring before endcap.

•        Alumaluster

•        Alclad mirror Chrome

•        Graphite powder

•        Spaz Stix mirror chrome

•        Duralumen
