How to join The Mandalorian Protectors
In order to join The Mandalorian Protectors you need to build a movie-quality Mandalorian costume, send in the required amount of meaningful photos of yourself wearing it and pass the approval process.
Candidates are encouraged (but not required) to start their own Work-In-Progress (WIP) thread in the respective part of the Club’s Discord. There you can document your build and get feedback which may help you to achieve Club membership.
You will find out that the Club’s costume standards (CRLs) allow for a good amount of individuality. However, please keep in mind that you should not try to mix and match the various armor styles too much. After all, you will want to be recognized as a Mandalorian when you wear your outfit.
If you are not sure about anything regarding your project or want the opinion of an experienced member, feel free to reach out to the leadership board and let them know.
After all, we want you to succeed in your endeavor of becoming a Protector and not to leave you frustrated.
How to get started
Step 1: Connect with us via our Facebook Group and or Discord Server
Step 2: Look at the CRLs to know what you need to include in your costume
Step 3: Create a WiP for feedback along the way (optional)
Step 4: Submit for approval. Email the required photos of your kit to us for approval.

Costume Requirements List ("CRLs")
Be sure to keep an eye on the CRLs so you know what you will need to have on your costume. The CRLs are a living/breathing document so if you have any questions please reach out to us at any time for clarification if needed. You can find the CRLs HERE.
A good way to decide on how you want your kit/costume is to use a tool to create your costume concept. Info on a recommended tool is HERE.
Make a Work in Progress ("WiP") Thread- optional
We highly suggest you make a WiP (work in progress) thread so you can get feedback as you go so that you don't go too far down one direction then find out at submission that it may need to be altered.
For your WiP thread, adding images is best!
You can either post your WiPs in the Facebook page, or you can make a WiP thread on our Discord.
The Approval Process
What you need to do to apply
Email your application by emailing the required views/photos at: join@mandalorianprotectors.com
Please note that we do not allow "application by proxy" meaning you cannot have someone else submit your application on your behalf- each prospective member must submit their own application.
Please also send photos as an attachment to the email, do not embed or link to them.
Email title: "FULL NAME: submission photos"
In the email include the below pictures along with:
Your MPCC Discord username
Character Name
Your City, State, Country
Photos required in submission:
Please note that these photos should be as high resolution as possible, in good lighting; natural light is best. The pictures should be high enough quality that we can see any armor texture. This is so we can check for any 3d print lines, paint drips, etc.

*If you have a cape or other back covering that covers your backplate, also a back pic holding the cape/item to the side

The Process
Your application starts off with the Armorers; they take a first review for CRL compliance and any "glaring" issues.
After the Armorers approve it, your application goes to the War Council who manage the rest of the application process.
The War Council will review and then post your submission up for approval- this means that it is opened for a period of 24 hours for any and all official MPCC members to vote on.
Once the vote has completed the War Council will get back to you with your approval, declination, or conditional approval. A conditional approval is a period where you are approved granted you fix the noted fixes within 30 days.
