Flight Suit
Flight Suit Notes:
Your flight suit should be fitted to you- not baggy.
It can be either a one or a two piece suit.
Be sure to cover any zippers.
Remove any external pockets on the bum. In face you will want to remove most external pockets.
Keep to a solid color flight suit. Patterned fabric is way too busy and distracting.
Mandalorians wear utility clothing which is usually called a flightsuit. Coverall-type garments can either be tailored to look like the suits Jango, Boba and Din wear or you can browse Ebay and Amazon for flightsuits or racing/work coveralls/boilersuits. Try to go for one which looks like it belongs in the Star Wars universe (e.g. without prominent visible zippers or where the zippers can be hidden somehow), maybe add Boba-style pockets or loops for flares etc.
For your flight suit you can either make it from scratch, buy an off the shelf one and tailor it to you/have it tailored, or have one commissioned from scratch.
If you choose to purchase one there are a couple of options:

Medical Scrubs (You can have your flight suit as a tighter fitting two piece flight suit. This can be accomplished with under armor or other shirt/leggings combinations, as long as the colors and materials match. Solid color blocking is allowed as well, but no patterns.)

Women's coveralls come in short sleeve and long sleeve options.

Long sleeved women's Dickies are about $60 and can be purchased on their site here.
Dickies has several options for mens' coveralls, short and long sleeves, and various materials. They range from $35- $55 depending on the ones you want, though we do not recommend the thermal insulated ones. You can buy them on their site here.
Flight suits
You can usually find these at Army/Navy Surplus stores. Expect to pay around $40-$60 at a surplus store.
TruSpec and RothCo make flight suits as well that are easy to purchase online.
You till typically need to tailor them to fit you, which is a fairly simple process.
Pre-made suits may need additional edits such as removing zippered pockets, etc.

RothCo flight suits can be purchased on their website here. They are also about $62, but you have a few more color options.
Making your own.
If you are comfortable sewing your own, your color and fabric options are nearly endless! Below are some patterns we recommend to get started. These are fairly simple patterns as a flight suit is actually pretty simple construction wise!
We do recommend you pick a fabric that is something such as a cotton so it is breathable, but has some stretch in it, for ease of movement.
