The Other Realms

For years, practitioners of Magic theorized that the energy used to cast spells does not just disappear. Ancient legends told of layers upon our world created entirely from spent magical forces. The energies that are seemingly used up in spells and incantations are actually sent to these other realities to become part of them and then slowly seep back into our world ready to be used again.  

Very recently, members of the Guild discovered that these realms actually exists, and can be accessed by powerful magic. One of these Realms, the Green, is where the Fae have resided for thousands of years. It is thought that each type of Magic has it's own Realm outside of our reality, in what is called the 'Magical Multiverse'. These Realms are all different versions of our world, but comprised entirely of Magic.  

The Green

The Green, also called the Realm of Nature, is a copy of our world but in its ideal natural state, as it would have been without the interference of Humans. Covered in thick forests and rolling planes, it is a monument to all things natural. The region of our world known as Europe is instead called the Fairy Lands, and it is here that they civilization of the Fae resides. Trees grown extraordinarily high here, and the Fae resides in these trees. Some of the oldest trees are so large that entire cities of fairy folk are contained in one tree.
