Katriana de Bonne: Guild Master
Katriana has been part of the Guild since its formation, having been invited to join the committee that discussed the formation of the Grand Alliance out of respect for the actions that she and her adopted children had taken as part of the French Resistance during World War Two. Starting out in CID, she spent several decades there before being transferred to Internal Affairs, as her dedication to correct processes and to the Law had earned her a reputation appropriate to that department. Unsurprisingly a good deal of her history from this period is therefore classified. She remained with IA until the previous Guild Master fell during Operation: Belgium, at which point she was promoted into the role as his successor. As an Impaler of undisclosed age, she has an ‘old world’ sense of noblisse oblige which combined with her dedication to upholding the Law can make her seem sometimes cold and unyielding, although it has been noticed that she takes a keen interest in developing and supporting those of the Guild she believes hold hidden potential
Amarok Tulok: Head of the Werewolf Affairs Agency
Born on Tuesday November 2nd 1971 to parents Jack Hunter and Amaruq of the Northern Snow at their home in NunatuKavut in Labrador, Amarok was privately schooled and showed an aptitude for chemistry, gaining a masters degree before joining the SWAT division of the Guild in 1990, shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall. Amarok became Head of Swat in August of 2007 after James Street was killed on July 7 intercepting several terrorists in London.
During Operation: Belgium, Amarok was responsible for breaching the city defences and forming the beachhead which allowed the Guild to overcome the threat so swiftly. In the intense fighting further into quarantine zone, the Head of Werewolf Affairs: Scott Howard, was killed alongside the Guildmaster making the final strike into the heart of enemy held territory. Amarok stayed behind for several weeks to aid in the clean-up before being called back to London for other business. Several people temporarily filled the vacant position until Monday June 4th 2012 when Amarok was appointed to his current position as Head of Werewolf Affairs. Even after 7 years, he still does not like the paperwork.
Sapphire Randale: Head Ritualist and Head of DAEIR
Sapphire Randale was born to two human parents who abandoned her shortly after birth, upon discovering her Were nature. She was promptly enrolled in the Guild’s schooling programme for gifted children at Ottman’s Boarding Academy where it was discovered she was particular skilled in magic and rituals. Sapphire spent most of her life living at the Academy and was elected as Head Prefect in her final year before graduating with the highest honours.
After graduating, Sapphire went straight into working for the Guild as an investigatory ritualist. Her main roles included assisting Guild missions when rituals where required and acquiring important and useful artefacts. She rose quickly through the ranks before, in 2016, following on from the retirement of her predecessor, Sapphire was appointed Head Ritualist for the Guild, the youngest in the history of the Guild at the age of 23. In 2024, she was promoted to Head of DAEIR after showing outstanding skill in understanding and researching magical phenomena.
Sapphire is very keen on encouraging loyalty and camaraderie among the Guild, especially a pack instinct between the Weres. She can be fiercely protective, similar to a lioness.
Cecilia Gryle: Head Alchemist and Head of the Risen Affairs Agency
Cecilia Gryle is the current Head Alchemist at the main London Guild house. She earnt her Alchemical Mastery some years prior to this recognition and has made many varied and interesting research contacts across the globe. She is also Head of the Risen Affairs Agency. She has been in this role since 1978, and it has proved challenging in certain times, none more so than Operation Belgium in 2008.
As a bewildered and newly-awakened Risen, Cecilia was troubled by her own existence but was determined to make the best of it and try to make her own place in the world. Following much research in newspaper cuttings and coroner's records, and not a little assistance from Brother Thomas, she picked up where her uncle had left off, learning from texts written in her own hand. She soon became a far superior alchemist, becoming one of the Guild's brightest at its formation in 1947.
It wasn't long before she became Head Alchemist, spearheading some delicate research into hitherto unknown potions, spending time with other alchemists across the network of international Guildhouses, and beyond. Whilst travelling, she also assumed responsibility for the other emerging Risen, who had been coming in droves to the Guild for assistance, protection and peace since their acknowledgement as a race in their own right. She is keen to ensure their afterlives are as fulfilling as their previous ones could have been and will protect and support their right to a normal (un)life.
Darius Bemelle: Head of Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
Darius Bemelle was born in August 1993 in Rome, Italy. From a young age he trained in the ways of a Vampire Hunter as was the tradition of House Bemelle children. He quickly became one of the most efficient and discerning members of the House Hunters to have lived owing to his natural acumen for deduction and investigation. It was this achievement that earned him the right of succeeding his Sister Elisabetta as the head of the Rome Bemelle family House.
Choosing to use his abilities for the good of the world as a whole, Darius moved to Milan Italy and following the footsteps of his Grandmother, Darius joined the Milan Guildhouse at the age of 18 attaching himself to the CID as a Junior Special Consultant. Over the years he would work his way up to his current position of the Head of the CID and is still based in Milan today.
Whilst confirmed information is scarce at best, it is rumoured that Darius has been involved in a number of high profile arrests, investigations and courtroom trials of both currently living individuals and those of a Supernatural persuasion. It is also rumoured that Darius has carried out operations and arrests across the judicial border in Eastern Europe however these rumours have never been substantiated.
When not carrying out Guild or House duties, Darius can be found in his home in Alma Bergamo spending time with his dear wife Isabella and newborn daughter Lucia.
Remus: Head of Internal Affairs
Little is known about Remus, possibly by design. He has been the head of Internal Affairs for a very long time, and seems to have an uncanny ability to know the secrets of the Guild Agents whose dossiers cross his desk.
