Ordo Dracul are an organisation led by an Impaler called Matthias de la Croix. Other notable members are Samson de Pont, a recruiter of the organisation based in California, and Victor L'Haine, also known as 'The Bloodhound', who is used as muscle.
It is known that Matthias has a chalice, said to be the cup of Dracula, which contains some of the blood of Dracula. He appears to be using this to create Evolved Impalers who are fully under his control. He seeks a ring also said to have belonged to Dracula, along with the spear that was used by Dracula. With those three items, he believes he will be able to bring Dracula back to life.
Ordo Dracul has been very antagonistic to the vampires of the Guild, from kidnapping and brainwashing them, to killing Marquis Jasper Delarosa to make a blood portal, and most recently kidnapping every vampire of the Guild via a teleportation ritual.
