The son of the previous High King, Oberon, Valerian took the crown after the death of his father in the attempts to remove the effects of Kul Kultra during Operation Svalbard.Â
He is known to be on friendly terms with The Guild, and has expressed gratitude to them for their assistance. In the wake of the events in Svalbard, he worked with the Grand Alliance to set up the Fae Delegation within the Alliance, and has sent members of the fae courts to join the Guild.
