Incident Reporting & Training Guidance
GHC requires that all staff members engage in active supervision, awareness, and Incident reporting as a means to ensure program quality; staff must be trained on program awareness: see something say something, and Child abuse and neglect. Program Managers must engage in internal reporting through our internal incident reporting; reporting in the GHC internal system does not negate the external reporting requirements from funders. All New and Current Staff must be trained on the below training
