Inventory Guidance
GHC requires that all inventory both supplies and materials be tracked and logged systematically within the sites and by specialty programing like family engagement. Inventory logs should be maintained monthly or when a new purchase occurs. Site inventory list must be maintained by site managers while supply inventory should be maintained by receptionist and monitored by Site Managers. The Following guidance regarding inventory should be maintained :
Daily Program Supplies:
Should be logged through inventory and purchasing guidance
Should not exceed more than 2weeks past the current month a site is in.
Should not be accessed with out being signed out by site staff.
Should be maintained by receptionist and monitors by site Manager
Site and Program Materials:
Should be logged before being distributed to classroom or office space
Should not exceed or duplicate current inventory .
Should be logged and archived on inventory sheet before being discarded
Family Engagement/ Recruitment:
Should be documented and inventory log maintained in the Family Engagement Binder
Parent Incentives should only be distributed to parents of enrolled children
