Compliance & the First 45-days
GHC ensures program quality and program compliance by implementing systematic approaches to the First 45- days of the program year. These approaches ensure program compliance is achieved in the areas of program governance, parent and staff training, family support, health and safety, education, and Program databases (external and external). GHC staff is required to support compliance related to their specific roles. The First 45 days are measured in relation to the child's start date or the start of the program year for program requirements. All 45-day requirements should be documented in the way most appropriate for the activity; this means parent training is documented in the sites family engagement binder, but a family goal is documented in CARES and Early Bird
