A quality onboarding experience shows employees that their environment will be supportive, as well as one that encourages professional development. The CSD department has a systematic and streamlined approach to on boarding for all new staff members teaching staff, administrative staff and support staff alike. All Direct supervisors are responsible for the onboarding and orientation of their direct supervises.
