This unit introduces students to a wide range of Personal Training techniques, fitness strategies, and foundational Physical Education theory, including anatomy, physiology, nutrition, fat cell dynamics, training principles, and safety. Students will explore self-esteem, growth patterns, and adaptations to training while learning to set goals and design personalised programs. Through theory and practical sessions at the Towerhill Road Core Gym (at no additional cost) they will develop the skills to create and implement effective, individualised training plans that promote lifelong health and fitness.
