Course Description
The LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) program helps selected students explore their identity
as leaders and understand their role within the school and broader community. It focuses on building
leadership and project management skills through practical, hands-on projects. Participants will also gain
valuable experience by engaging with community initiatives and connecting with leaders beyond the school.
The program offers unique opportunities to attend leadership events, take part in activities, and learn from
guest speakers, providing a strong foundation for students to grow as confident, capable leaders both within
and outside the school environment.
